Important Things for Our Dental Patients to Know

We’re currently welcoming new dental patients of all ages at River Station Family Dentistry! Our dental team works hard to make your experience at our dental office as smooth and efficient as possible. To that end, we’ve provided a helpful guide on this page with important things to know prior to your appointment. If you have any questions about the information below or about your visit in general, please contact us.

Your First Visit

You can expect your initial visit with us to last about 90 minutes. After being warmly greeted by our front desk staff, you’ll be escorted to one of our treatment rooms, where we’ll take X-rays of your teeth to find any potential problems that might be invisible to the naked eye. Then, you’ll meet with Dr. Hale, who will thoroughly examine your mouth. They’ll share their findings and recommendations for treatment, and then you’ll receive a professional teeth cleaning to leave your smile feeling nice and refreshed!

Dental Patient Forms

We aim to keep your time spent in our waiting area to a minimum, which is why we’ve provided the following links to our new patient forms. When you complete them before your appointment, you can save time in our dental office by letting us get you checked in as quickly as possible.

Dental Insurance

River Station Family Dentistry gladly accepts all major PPO dental insurance plans, and our team will even handle the process of filing your claims for you so that your benefits are maximized. Often, you’ll be expected to pay for your treatments upfront and later be reimbursed by your insurance company. So, be sure to call us ahead of your appointment so that we can estimate how much you’ll need to pay out-of-pocket.

Dental Financing

Whether you have dental insurance or not, paying for some treatments all at once can feel next to impossible. To split up your costs into monthly, budget-friendly installments, our team can help you apply for a payment plan through CareCredit. With the variety of plans they offer (many of which boast low to no interest rates), there’s sure to be one that’s well-suited to your needs.
